ok suppose we already criticized this video the usual ways from the usual know-it-all povs.
it isn't "internal" enough. give up "internal" and do fast>slow, strong>weak, young>old.
not enough "fascia". this won't work against Tyson, navel gazing hippies, blah blah blah.

but seriously, there are a lot of replies from people in a know-it-all tone, yet from some different direction, to the usual clips. but, logically, no one person actually CAN know everything.

since it's too difficult to understand the "emptiness", what would you want explained instead? or if you somehow think you know more than everyone, what do you want to explain?

Another is reducing the "noise floor", extraneous electrical activity in your nervous system, avoiding or mitigating the effects of adrenaline which are no good to anyone. - Mental - Man

Likewise preference to employ a particular technique would impede your ability to apply the CORRECT technique for the context, so we embrace emptiness and wuji in our attitude. - Spiritual - Heaven

I don't know how it is possible to demonstrate... perhaps with some lab equipment you could show the conscious control of the heart rate, for example, but emptiness itself... dunno

I’m just wondering what people ACTUALLY want to see (doesn’t have to be empty).

Since most responses are along the lines of:

I don’t know how people would show those either.

Think videos of Fedor bouts might come close. His Super Rare Style is quite calm. He clearly had technique preference, though, but it mostly worked.

But that wouldn’t be our Super Rare Style of interest.
