Chest and lower back 胸空肩裹 The human body is made of a lot of parts and when we are talking about structure we mostly associate it with a simplified idea of architecture. But structure is dynamic.
As higher the incoming pressure is , as lager the effected surface must become to avoid its collapse. But there is a problem when we are trying to implement this idea to martial arts . What is the surface . The surface are all the body areas which are under pressure and to extant the surface we have to adjust these by bringing them in order through the joints. And therefore the chest and the lower back are so important . From the collar bone to the coccyx you can stretch the pressure over from your hand through your whole upper body.
Naseem is the real deal. One of the most skilled guys out there. He is one of the few next generation lineage holders, who will prevent the high level chinese martial arts from dying out.
Inspired by the Work of Wang Guannan (Chris Wang ) and his Tri Essence Martial Arts YouTubeChannel , I thought its maybe not the worst Idea to open up a bit more towards the public and share some Knowledge of our Ziranmen Martial Art with you all.
