IDK... It's all practical and at a decent level. Good to introduce it as a practical martial art without the mysticism.
But it also seems technical and rather hard. I am not sure that those examples and techniques give justice to the spirit of Taijiquan, or that this introduction can communicate the spirit of the art to beginners.
