Yes that 77-year old's movement impressed me too. I personally know guys that age who are already in wheelchairs, to see someone with such a great range of movement well past retirement age is pretty inspiring!

sat and watched these all last night.
that 77 yer old was the best demo thus far of bagua - up to then none of it looked of any particularly good quality, which I thought was slightly odd.

but he was great and it was funny after he said that he proceeded to go ridiculously low - " pick a matchbox up with your teeth"
truly inspiring for that age. only 26 years to go!
