have edited the clip to provide a bit of a 'training story'; but basically this is about practicing some technique solo and in combinations then more free. the bag is there for the striking part. It helps to combine as otherwise it - pure bag work - can become too much about striking repetition at times. There's a place for that, but the goal here is more towards 'putting things together' than developing striking power. nearer the start I do show some repeated use of kao, elbow and bend the bow
