The funny thing is I didn't even notice his chicken form. I personally liked the performance and if I lived in Vancouver I would probably go learn from him.

Strange take on that form. I learnt this form from James McNeil Sifu & have seen other versions, notably Patterson Sifu & Luo Sifu but I've never seen it done like that!!! I can't understand why he's changed it.

As I learned it from Master Zhang, that is the jixing (rooster form) - we did the turn around somewhat differently - there is a squat into a horse stance, a kick from the rear leg, then the cross step squat. We had another set that we call the dou ji or fighting rooster.
