Mangha - Center of Japan Culture, were demo was filmed is very interesting place.
Established on the end of 80` in Krakow, thanks to works of A. Wajda ( Polish film director).
They pretty often invites not only Japan Masters, sometimes rare Arts.
And they have couple nice katanas and armours on exposition)
btw, Krakow is the place were you can find biggest collection of katanas in Europe. ( I`m not sure to use >world< word
I don`t remember exactly the whole story, but, shortly:
once upon the time, like 200 y. ago, Gentlemen from my city fell in love in katana, and `cause he was nuf wealthy to fulfil his desires, we have over 200 antique swords in one of Krakow`s museum. Some of them very rare even in country of their origin.

I don't know about all that, but I do know that Krakow ain't Japan. And a mish-mash of Hakko ryu and Aikido ain't traditional JMA.
