Xingyi Sparrowhawk and variation (att. Mix)

(as i said in the other thread, we ALWAYS do this form on the right side, turn, and then we do everything again, but with the left side. I made this one with the right side only, to show the front and the back)

Variation: There are not many changes, but the hand going back and forward at the beginning makes a bigger circle, and the splitting strikes while contracting are changed for a coiling of the arms running down the center of the body. We do this variation after we have the basic knowledge of the basic one:

I am hoping to film myself doing the Sparrowhawk from Liu Qilan next saturday. It's very much like the standard Sparrowhawk form you see everywhere.
