not familiar with the theorizing, either. "roll back" is nice regardless of the theorizing. liked ww's example.

Can you explain this a little more...Find myself not really agreeing with it, hasn't been my experience
Seeking to understand another point of view.. Of course there is no dragging...when objects are joined..maybe its different. :-\


Can you explain how you do what you do in the video, with your own words? And not someone you agree with.

Sorry if that's a bit of extra effort but I'm really curious.

I would say Ian is definitely one of the better teachers and more knowledgeable ones when it comes to Tai Chi.

Strange places are just new territories to be explored. I'm sure you can extract something of value for Tai Chi out of almost everything.
