S- can't get the quicktime plugin for some reason

I did like 2 other clips on the site. Both the Monkey clip and the rope dart clip were enjoyable. Finally a chance to see him playing around with the dart. Good stuff !!

Yes Sifu Kuo was a real bad ass....his style of tai chi has a different flavor alot more like the shaolin he was a master off. At around 72 though that guy could really move well even when doing his other forms and the rope dart. Very inspiring...i just wish there was more footage of him. I wonder if he has any relatives that might have footage? How do you download his other footage?
