Maybe try embedding it properly, or starting the discussion with an introduction of the material, some relevance, the person talking. Maybe tell us what you find interesting about it.

Ok, I agree with him that all the things that are forbidden in mma rules are some of the most effective techniques. Shucks, someone could develop a martial art based on doing just those things.

Here's the thing, though, how many people doing tcc do their forms with those techniques in mind. Um, I'm not suggesting that there aren't those who do. My point is only that it's a question of imagination -because they're not easy to practice safely with partners.

And then there's the question of whether someone is willing to do those things, even if they know of them. Doing the form won't help with that, imo. The form can only illustrate the idea.
