The music, nice flow , got rhythm, thats kung fu. The Matrix ughh too many people think they simply have to plug in to learn WuShu, gotta train, no book , no video, no amount of answers from the master will make you feel what you have to feel, just kung fu.

I was at that seminar. At around 7:00, Master Lok was explaining/showing why LHBF was also known as 水拳 or Water Boxing because of the smooth flow of sequences and use of joints and other body parts.
