Found this a while ago, and liked the mechanics. Its just some well done connected movement, without showing off.

(i know it says rooster on the clip. But its chicken in my book...down to the same moves in the same sequence. Its just semantics though i guess.)

Looks nice! Very similar to what I practice as well. Of course, I suck and he's crisp as hell.
