I can't say for sure without knowing the guys participating, but going from the look of the format and the label, it appears to be an offshoot of Daido Juku (Japanese offshoot of Kyokushin Karate I want to say but don't quote me on that). For a sporting format, that looks like one I would enjoy :D

No gis to grab in the Octagon though, even though they're not doin a lot of that , just good hard fighting

In case you guys didn't know it, this is what a real fight would look like, the forms and the movies are all choreography, your technique will have to go that fast. With out the helmets some of those punches could easily be fight stoppers.

Thank you, to both of you :) I am not concerned with staying pretty, but I love working elbow and forearm work in close, and these should allow it :D
