Little vid from my meeting with master chen. Here he is explaining Brush knee push.

That little hit where he touches me gut and i bend forward with a smile on my face was ALOT deeper than it looks. hence me sort of giving up at that point. lol ... also the last slap sent power through to my upper neck. You can really see from this vid ..... that you cant really see how things feel in the flesh unless your on the receiving end!

He's a sneaky guy, eh? Looks like you didn't expect either of those hits, even though it was a demo... The belly one you didn't even see, it seems, and the face one you didn't expect that he'd put some force into it...

sure, also you can see me try and check that last face hit but he goes past it .... he really can hit ya at will, event when trying to check and move. Obviously i wasn't going for him full on but was trying to keep my wits about me a bit, still no good.

One thing is he doesn't put his force in his hands, he is touching you but you hardly notice ... then bam. Its very difficult to describe. Most people you feel applying things, even if you cant stop them, you can feel them .... with him there is nothing until your hit or he is in a position to take down.... really like fighting a cloud.

hey chris. was that last saturday?. alex said him and master chen would be in Cambridge but i already had plans buy the time i found out. what you said in the other thread about having short breath wile doing apps with master chen, i had the same thing, just thought it was because i needed to get back in shape.
