Did them for about 6 months. I trained Kook Sul Won up to yellow belt and we did these as part of our warm up. I keep thinking to take them back up just because they are kind of cool but you really need some sort of mat under you wrists and I never really felt any huge benifit besides coolness. The video kind of re-inspired me though.
