The good thing about this type of training which we don´t hear explained is the application of movements from within the form demostrated and explained and then applied. Here we mainly see the application single whip, step up before white crane flaps its´wings, swing fist or pat the high horse etc. At first it looks a bit crude but with repition fluidity co-ordination and speed are developed. It also improves the form from application to form and form to application. It´s also a lot of fun. Dan is an excellent teacher of Wudang Tai Chi Chuan.

Decent apps from DD...looks to me like he is teaching a class of kungfu peeps with no real Taiji background a few combat techniques, which is unusual for a Taiji teacher...ANY Taiji teacher.
