Looks like a good workout you have there Ashe. You putting any work into grappling for your match? Or are you just gonna KHTFO? ;D

Looks real good. As for an ending - just film yourself walking out of the space with your bag.

it's the legends of kung fu in dallas texas, aka, taiji legacy. 1000+ competitors and 3000+ spectators, so not really so little. san da has it's own section an d runs all day sunday.

Don't let any potential opponents who might view the clip see you as human. Just walk out with an air of nonchalance after a hard workout - just another day in the life - and that will give them something to think about. ;D

He actually has more of a Conan The Barbarian "I will crush you" air about him when he's getting ready to step into the ring. He just gets quiet and looks really pissed off. It works rather well... ;D

Props for the kettlebell swings. Speaking of matches, due to so many competitors, will you be fighting more than once? I get that it's not like all 1000+ people will be doing san da (I'll bet that most won't even want to watch), but will it be like an elimination tournament for each weight class?

probably less than 10% will be there for san da. i may, or may not have to fight more than once. depends on how many guys end up in my division. we'll see on that sunday morning.

since i'm already there i'm going to enter the "other" internal form division on saturday as well.

Realy like your work and don't want to be disrespectful.
But i have another question. Why don't you step in more with the jab? You barely touch the pad. (or it seems like) And you sometimes drop your left hand after striking. Also realy like to see some work in the clinch if you have some footage. Realy would like to see some ILC throws/sweeps or dirty boxing type training. I remember you had a vid sparring with a wrestler, is that vid still foating around?

no, looks like i took it down. there's no such thing as an "ILC throw", etc. there's just throws or whatever.

anyway, i've been working on some other things with my striking, like trying to use the mingmen more and finding my absolute longest range that i can strike from.
