So interesting how much of this stuff comes out in training, without ever having been shown , makes you feel like you are doing something right.

The technique being demonstrated is truly scary deadly, especially when they are shown in combination at the end . This teacher is really quite good, I love watching his body machanics, these are machanics seldom seen in application, obvious his students are gettin the real thing.

Very interesting clips. He certainly makes sense of the rather odd (to my eyes) movements of Xinyi...this is the best application I have seen of this style, and answers a lot of questions I have had about the art. Great body movement too - not an armchair master.

The duck kick also makes sense out of that odd back kick-stamp down combo you often see in Chuaiojiao. Looks a bit complex to be practical to me, but still, at least it does have a use.

I've always like the way Master Li can use his body. To me he always looked like a walking grenade the way he explodes at the drop of a pin.

Cool to see Dave back there.
