That's a pretty vague description. Can you explain concretely how it would look with 'beng jin' manifest?
the guy creates a two man drill where you set up a pao quan (almost textbook pao quan set up) and then instead break it into two steps and call the second step "beng".
I would totally go there for pilates classes though
