I think this a very fine demonstration of full body movement--I also like it, too! Unlike a lot of clips you see, many of his cuts and chops go well beyond the wrist movements and show arm/waist/hip/leg unification in movement.

Yes, that is a nice form - I learned it years ago in Korea and have since forgotten it. (Rather to my regret as I prefer it to the Chen Taiji dao form.)

I don't remember that bit when you bend over and stab upwards and backwards between your legs. Defense against a sodomite, perhaps? I wonder if the chap who designed this form had an unpleasant experience in a prison shower...?
