Honestly though if I had only 1 hr to train a bunch of folks who never fought in their life how to survive in an upcoming riot situation. I'd tell them first run and escape if you can, but if you can't then get yourself a weapon and do something like that video and channel your inner psycho.

Seriously, is there any lineage behind this bunch? It is definitely some of the whackest MA out there, and looks very unhealthy: Id imagine that kind of training is not cathartic, but unhinging.
