Thanks Dale.
Most iron palm regimens include striking progressively harder/heavier/more challenging surfaces combined with some sort of herbal treatment to prevent excessive damage to the striking surface. Some guys just chop at trees, while others don't do any striking at all but focus instead on qigong or repetitive movements combined with specific intent. Some include auxiliary strength training while others do not. I was just interested in where on the spectrum yours fell. What sort of commitment is required for success, and how much of the training overlaps with regular martial arts practice? Can they be integrated or should they be trained separately?
What I'm after isn't flexible bodies, but flexible brains.
