Sifu Chau - learnt LHBF in Hong Kong from two different lineages : sorry I do not know there names.
One of his teachers was a student of Chan Yik Yan.
The LHBF form he taught he said was a combination of the two teachings.

As for myself I would like to know more on LHBF - yet I'm still chewing through Kunlun Dayan (Wild Goose) Qigong.
Originally a huge system of 72 components (qigong, boxing & weapons)
These days only the qigong element is taught which consists of 23 moving, sitting & standing qigong.

I'm yet to reach half way .............................

Yes, that is my Sifu I think this is early footage when he arrived in Australia!

Where did you get that send us a link please, I only seen this at his house but he said this is not how you play it, he was playing with a different way of movement (as you see the wiggles) and is very rushed. Ill see if my sifu will allow me to put up a version I have of him or myself!

This isn't Wu Yihui.

The players are, in order of appearance: 1. Gao Daosheng, age 59, in a pair of jeans that were too tight to be doing what he was doing - Xiao Hu Yan, "little tiger swallow", a set from the Shandong school of Praying Mantis. 2. Zhong Fusheng, the Grandmaster of the Shandong Eagle Claw system. Here he is in his mid 70's, performing a set from his system. 3. Hong Yixiang, performing Xingyi Quan 5 elephants - I mean 5 elements and 5 elements linked. 4. Liao Wuchang, also in his 70's, performing monkey boxing and applications, as well as a blocking and stepping exercise.
