here's a really good clip on completing the loop from the last workshop in Arizona.

i have one more good one coming showing some chin na coming out of the spinning hands and then i have some for Ian about the frontal plane from the new Mexico workshop.

really clear explanation, thanks a lot for posting! I really like his down to earth clear style. Hope to make a seminar in the future.

man i'm glad you put that up cause it's a great reference but i still have to develop alot of sensitivity to make it happen when spinning...took me awhile to even understand a little of it and I'm still trying to figure it out. thanks for the vid!

This reminds me of the demo that Kuroda did where he "yanked" on Chris Crudelli's arm and made him feel as if various parts of his body were jumping out.

Sorry for the late reply - I've been traveling around Europe without a net connection.

Anyway I've been playing with the three planes and have begun to understand a few things. Will be going to KL as soon as get the cash to meet the guys.
