yes. I like the clips that he showed practice of both left and right posture.
also from slower to quicker tempo.
the beng quan move is very close to tong bei zhong quan meaning go long and extend far.

Nope. My teacher is his elder Bagua brother under the same master, but we practice our art very differently.
The 12 hand method forms are the demonstrator's own interpretation of the grandmaster's teaching, not a part of the original system.
