Wow, best Cheng style form video I've ever seen. Don't really get certain postures mechanics, but I like this a lot. Thank you.

i liked that video a lot too. that Pang still lives in WA doesn't he? anyone work w/ him? i read he was also a student of Dong Ying Chieh

I liked the continuous circle "lianhuan" quality was very good, and was performed with very good balance and control. I also like the long palm changes. I don't really know any Sun Xi Kun Bagua, though my teacher knows stuff from that system so this was also an interesting video for me from an academic pov.
