made two videos this weekend of heavy bag work, one is with my boxing coach Pro Derek Sierra, and when he wasnt looking I snuck in some internal neijia and San shou kicks in the mix. I separated them into two videos here:

lookin good on the bag man; the only comment I have is that fist under elbow is generally a grappling app. but hey if thats how you make it work rock on!!
