Thanks for posting---compilation of major elbows from all the Yinfu/Gong Bao Tian forms taught in Wu Tan taught by Liu Yun Qiao to his disciples.

Well, that is one form I don't have but like everything else, yep there is a circular format---just like the bagua combination fist, hand etc.etc.---seen them demonstrated but, "ah very easy, you know 64 internal palms, you know how to put them all into a circle!" Yeah, LOL. As the old song goes, "Ya got me goin in circles".

Go Phunsak! That set looks cool. For no apparent reason other than it's a Mantis Elbow form, here is my teacher playing Tang Lang Ba Zhou:

Video taped the TV many years back, so bad quality. these were the days before digitizing, so mah bad for the boonj-ghetto fabness.

Michael:

Although I am not into praying mantis [except 6 harmony] this is very similar to a form I am learning. My teacher felt I should do it so I am doing it. We call it Fen Shen Ba Zhou. I believe it is a 7 star form. For my teacher, Tony Yang, praying mantis was his first love and so we learn it and if I was 30 years longer and know what I know, I would be eaten all the mantis I could!
