Futher to my thead about mixing Taiji or IMA and MMA.

I found this clip of the "Headhunters MMA" school in Edinburgh, Scotland. At 4:30 there is a nice technique which we have done many times in taiji. Put a smile on my face! :)

.. we used to watch RAb C Nesbitt with the subtitles on.. and I was born/raised in this blimmin country :)
