Here is a short one of me doing change in four postures. It is over a year old but I just found it, so here it is. I get interupted by my phone at the end. You can tell by my annoyed tone when I answer that it is Shawn Segler calling. LOL! It is not a very good clip but I thought that it was funny.

shot this to address some of the accusations that i've been hearing lately that ILC power is stiff and muscular.

not exactly "training" but close enough...

from my video description

have my partner put their feet behind their hips and do push ups so that it should be obvious that they are A) applying force on me and b) not in a stiff and rigid way and just show that from here I can be relaxed so that I can change yet still support my partners weight (i.e. channel their force down to the ground, which in ILC terms we call "absorb and project").

great topic BTW, been too long since members shared clips of themselves regularly!

I can see what you're doing Ashe, and it's a good video, but it would be better if you did it the other way around- with you doing push ups on him, because you are bigger than him. Mass makes a big difference doing a demo like that. It's a lot easier to do when the person pushing on you has less mass than you do.
