Besides, shouldn't your hippy butt be more concerned with the fact that this person, by eating so many calores that they have become so overweight is burdening the planet, creating a massive carbon footprint, taking food from starving children in africa, and generally doing all the things you claim to hate about America? Or are you simply taking the moral high ground this time because it seems convenient.

As for people with pimples, they generally are far more difficult to control than morbid obesity, which only requires mild self control and some exercise. At least smokers and drug users are addicted to what's killing them. People who eat themselves to this state get no pity from me at all, and I'm not going to work hard to spare their feelings.
