I read a book about that once. ;)
I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.

it still amazes me that people try and deny the intelligence and cognizance of animals.....beautiful stuff

They have a sixth sense that gives them a rather different point of view of the world from us :)

Unfortunately, they are still called "fish" in Japan (I saw them in a poster that said "fish are good to eat")... along with sperm whales and other cetaceans, who are also apparently fish.
