every year i hate the summer more. i wish i could move back home or to NZ.

We're already in the triple digits in LA. To quote "Pops" from House Party... it was so hot last night, coulda swore I saw the Devil himself sittin in my living room!

For the record, I'll take the 0C too, thanks. I'd rather be a popsicle stick than a grease spot.

It was 102 - 103 here the last 3 days, SUCKS - I miss Portland where it's about 50 degrees cooler ....I'll take the 0C as well, I hate it when it gets this hot. It is beautiful here, but my god - is it necessary?

damn it's gonna be a long summer.

My dad is a "snowbird", - he and his wife left town yesterday, - the first day it got hot. It's not too bad today [84] but it stays warm at night, and it won't be long before we are in a living hell here...

i enjoy the hot weather, myself.

I like it hot and wet. hot and dry really chafes.

That's still better than cold and clammy.

Weather's a bit bipolar here. Today it will be 95 - by Thursday down to mid 60's & rainy.

ah, but i grew up in the san joaquin valley. we had the heat all summer long--usually in the high 90's.
