If you want to know a secret I've heard that the first 2 times someone makes a claim UPS rejects it, then on the third attempt they approve it no questions asked.
Btw, can any German speakers tell us if the subtitles are accurate?

More or less. Some words are completely missing (like 'wanker'). Some translations don't really display the tone.
