i bought these things called body dice- one dice has an exercise on it and the other 2 have numbers to roll to get number of sets.
so here is the workout based on the roll of the dice-
1. squats- 5 sets of 5
2. leg lifts- 3 sets of 6
3. push ups- 3 sets of 5
4. lunges- 5 sets of 5
5. crunches- 3 sets of 8
6. arm dips (do between chairs)- 3 sets of 6
