Any risk when eating a spoon full of cilantro a day for 30 days?

I had found a website a few months back that went over the way everything works and it said definitely don’t go buy a bunch of cilantro and start blending it up and taking it. Cilantro is eaten on a daily basis in South America but they’re accustomed to eating it starting as children. Chlorella is also something that you want to titrate. First thing is to focus on improving the and supplementing the excretion of toxins, and allow the liver to naturally Function at removing toxins at its own rate, supplementing with things that help support phase 2 detoxification, then later start slowly adding in chelators. Let me try to find that site again.

Here’s a link for what you would want to start: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5632318/

Found some information showing that insoluble fibers may actually cause diverticulitis, rather than prevent it.

Also how fibers interact with the gut flora is important. Maybe also start taking FOS which is essentially a food for bacteria.

Bentonite, huh? Well, that's interesting.
