It would be interesting to see huge teal companies, but...
Maybe the problem for companies that limits their possibility to change has much to do with branding. Big brands are well know with products and/or services that looks and feels the same way, works the same, have the same functions etc. A company and any brand need to keep its own originality and trademarks. A Coca-Cola needs to taste like a Coca-Cola and a Pepsi like a Pepsi. Windows and Apple have different philosophies and so does LG and Samsung. They can't really change what they are and must adapt to the market while keeping their brands intact. If a big company wants to enter new markets, the solution is often to create new brands or buy up competing companies.
