ive as long as i can remember have been suplementing with vitamins and minerals and for many years taken extra selenium cause i knew the land in sweden had poor levels of that mineral.....Here in china i just take a regular vitamin/mineral pill a day, however after reading this i will see if i can find any good selenium suplements. anyway, i think my area of china lies within the selenium rich area, and here in "my"city"eating chicken and beef are tradition, both selenium rich foods..... https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2 ... 105907.htm

Nice simple summary of what vaccines are actually about. By the way, the word 'vaccine' derives from Jenner's orginal smallpox-preventing treatment based on cowpox. The Latin name for the cowpox virus is vaccinia, derived quite simply from the Latin word for 'cow': vacca.
