No, I'm most definitely not that kind of guy.
But I can sort of imagine why you might have that question, just on the basis of our recent exchanges.

Generally speaking: I'm not "pro-authority" or "pro-government"; I'm not "anti-authority" or "anti-government". I think "authority" should regularly be examined and sometimes questioned, but with the same degree of fairness and sense that you or I would wish to be treated by "authority".
Life is always a negotiation (and a dance) between freedom and constraint. My "thing" in these corona-threads has been about whether statements and exchanges of opinions that, as a bottom line, concern science and society are actually based on science and on more or less demonstrable facts or instead on fantasy premises. Because that (latter) way, no matter whether politically more 'left' or 'right' or whatever, leads to madness...

Yes we can talk about accounting differences and per capita rates, but that doesn't seem good. We aren't a third of the population of the world.
