everything: Headspace is the one people rave about. Most of it you have to pay for, but they've unlocked the 'weathering the storm' module because of COVID19 for free.
One does not simply post on RSF.

The Prana Breath app is the one i use. I've quickly gotten my breaths down to 2x per minute using it. i did that before without it but it was a hassle to deal with timers, etc.

The guided practices will vary depending on the teacher.

Anybody can set up a teachers profile with guided practices, for good or bad.

That said, there are some good teachers on there.
