out of sheer boredom, jumping a little. I'm quite terrible at it (coordination and rhythm wise) and my cardio isn't the greatest.
anyway, it's too easy to find all the nice videos thanks to the youtube algorithms. lots of famous boxers and even kids making things look so darn easy. supposedly lenny kravitz (the most age defying celebrity of all time it seems) never leaves home without a jump rope (as one of his age defying "secrets").
i'm not messing with double unders, cross-overs, etc., etc. ... the one that caught my eye is "boxer shuffle" and the various ones boxers like to do. a little difficult for me to get right now. maybe in a few days i'll get it.
when was the last time you got into this? what did you think of it for boxing, MA, whatever? did your power, coordination, rhythm, stamina, etc. improve rapidly?
