Dark Room Retreats

I've started to research the use of dark room retreats to aid some of my meditative work.

If anyone here has experienced this and would like to talk about it, you can respond to the thread or PM me.

Any and all suggestions regarding the work are welcome. Places to go to conduct one, preparations, what happens afterwards, etc.

I thought ‘light room therapy’ was a remedy for those who are feeling a little down ?

Anyway, ‘dark room’ meaning here, is that as the traditional photographer red lighted dark room ?
