Seems it actually begin to formulate...Britain no longer an EU member, EU taking bigger financial and humanitarian responsibility for big parts of Africa and Middle East, as the USA will do to the southern parts of the Americas. Japan, the Koreas and of course the province of Taiwan will be parts of an greater China.
All this is of course not done in an instant and can’t be forced upon the great masses, so it requires great planning with an step by step approach, yet it will bring along uncomfortableness for some...but as the saying goes - no pain no gain
