Well the votes have been counted, certified, ratified, and tallied and the outcome made certain. The victor has been sworn in to office and the capitol still stands.

And now, finally, the orange buffoon has shuffled off to Florida where he can golf in peace and hopefully shut up for a minute or two.

It's about time!

Who knew that from election day to January 20 could feel so long?

Ok, a little late to it but yes congratulations President Joseph Biden....

But why so few congrats here ? After all he has the majority of dare I say the whole world backing him...
Also seem the media not very interested having him in the spotlight...what’s going on ?

I'm most relieved to see the back of Trump!

I think the world breathed a sigh of relief, especially when he got taken off Twitter.

Huge sigh of relief in that respect. And Biden's initial impetus on the environment and climate change, for instance, seems to indicate that he's more than just pretty words in the election campaign. (I won't talk about other domestic policies, I'm too far away for that).
But although Trump is gone from office, he still appears to be the de facto head of the Republican Party. Most, although not all, of the other Republican leaders remain scared of his ability to direct a large part of the Republican voting base. So they're still doing their best to stay in his good books, cosying up to him again. None of them have the courage to kick him out of the party. And "Trumpism" is very much alive, so this saga ain't over yet.
