They weren't booing him; they were booing "take the vaccine." The more than likely unvaccinated, un-masked, packed-together crowd are primed to boo or cheer at certain words or phrases on cue. It's how his rallies work.

So, I think it's possibly a misinterpretation of the probably unvaccinated, un-masked, packed-together Alabama crowd to think they were thinking about what he said. Who thinks not being vaccinated --as he was-- while in the middle of a throng of people would be a comfortable situation. I wouldn't be surprised if many of them went to get vaccinated but wouldn't admit it. Anyway, I have to give him some props for making the suggestion, but only because it may save some lives.

Any thoughts on how much Pfizer stock went up, and who owns shares? Otoh, who had any reason to think that this drug or the others wouldn't be approved?

Perfectly logical. He didn't trust the FDA for the emergency authorization, so why would he trust the FDA now? I'm sure there are lots of people who'll say the same thing.

The sad part is that there are so many children and others who can't get the vaccine yet.

Yeah, but only anti-Covid-vax. My point was that his reason for not taking it had/has nothing to do with the FDA. The FDA hasn't approved a lot of stuff that anti-Covid-vax people are willing to try.

The UFC is an interesting battleground for these ideas. What are some of the other guys saying now? Heard anything?

1 battled it for 5 weeks and died in hospital.
all were 49-52 years of age.
no flu has had that type of impact on my circle of connections.
