Found a deal and been using it as rehab after footy / soccer.
Amazingly helpful.
For example any mild Achilles soreness feels fine the next day vs if I skip this rehab, the DOMS and tendon pain lasts longer.
I know I know. The fascia AKA lame wrong idea about Qigong and Internal must be releasing blah blah blah hahaha.
