I`m really build up by level of school director efforts - assembly something working in such short time.
From the another hand: part of the of Ukrainians are still, what we call -"homo sovieticus"(grovin` up in old Soviet Union).
They simply didn`t notice, that world is changing, and still came out with Eden expectations.
