An interesting question.
One might think not....

Acting as a person maybe not...
Acting as the leader of a country he may not have a choice...

Can we say of the state or nation, as we do of
the individual, that it ought to do or abstain from anything?

Is there anywhere to be found a moral code for nations
corresponding to the moral law to which the individual conscience
bows? .

This is the question which I purpose to consider here:

comparing national with individual morality, and asking in what sense states may be said to be under moral obligation-
to have duties to their citizens or to other states

https://www.jstor.org/stable/pdf/2375489.pdf

The problem at this time "MAD "

seems to be, being reconsidered by some in the west feeling its survivable ...

The US used atomic weapons the only country in the history of the world to do so against Japan.

Was it justified ? :-\

Yeah, well I normally wouldn't either, only under these special circumstances, since I am extremely humble. People come from all over to learn humility from me, and they're prepared to pay high prices because they recognize the outstanding nature of my humility.

No, I'm the most humble one. Now if you would hand over that title, this would really show your humbleness and maybe give you another shot at it.

Buddhists believe in the cycle of samsara , which is the cycle of birth, life, death and rebirth.

This means that people will experience suffering many times over.

All of the things a person goes through in life cause suffering and they cannot do anything about it.

Instead, they have to accept that it is there.

yup,
this is why, I decided do not return this time O:)

Apparently I decided to come back because of that and show others how they can ease their individual suffering :-)

But yeah, it's nice in the afterlife. After you made some considerable progress across lifetimes, you can enjoy a nice vacation there. Until you say, based on your own choice as always, it's time to come back...

The sad truth: there is no escape. I looked far and wide. Believing one can escape the cycle permanently is just ignorance and wishful thinking, further avoidance of suffering instead of embracing 8-) ;D

It fits this and today threads:

Sikorski was in Polish Government before present "team of guys".
Now he is in Euro Parliament.

The severity of the situation is not to be underestimated. Giving a child a gun? What could go wrong. I like my rum a bit too much and want as little shit to escape my lips as possible.

Yahwe - I am - ok that's cool. Some parts I'm not still - that's ok cool too.

Speaking about children...

People ask why Russians supports Putin's special military operation. This video shows exactly why.

it represents what Russians have known, watched happening and heard from witnesses fleeing from Donbas to Russia since 2014.
No, it's not propaganda. It's reality.

How do children grow up in Donbas? (Length: approx. 6 min. Filmed in Luhansk 2021)

Yes, yes! On the nail! You actually seriously use the term "special military operation" and studiously avoid the term "war" (not to mention "invasion"). If a picture paints a thousand words, then sometimes so does a choice of euphemism. Thank you for being so enlightening at this essential level.

You do know the difference's between a war, and "special military operation" don't you ?

Kinda like

police action,

isolated military undertaking that does not require a declaration of war.
Police action is intended to respond to a state that is in violation of international treaties or norms or
that has engaged in or has imminently threatened an act of aggression.

The US seems to have a lot of police actions around the world

Thank you, too. Your own words and arguments render any further contribution on my part superfluous. Good man.
