you don't explain things the exact same way to your grandma that you do to your mom or child or grandchild. you might be "selling" the same thing, but they are "buying" different products, so your message is tailored to your audiences. tai chi has different benefits for different people and different "market segments". here we may want "the real" (TM), and something martial, but that isn't what old people in the park at dawn may want.

but still, an idea is not a product. a product is not a business. a business is not necessarily profit. and so on. life is hard, lol
